Loevestein Castle

Parking: Large parking lot, but it is a long walk from the car park to the castle
General info: Castle with large grounds, very family friendly. Kids are given a key which can be used to activate items in the castle and grounds.It will start videos or games.
Grounds are great to walk around, there is an interactive cannon and shooting area.
English from the staff is excellent.
Has a small restaurant with pre-made sandwiches, cakes, coffee, tea and drinks.
Heeswijk Castle

General info: Castle with small grounds, very family friendly. They allow the kids to try on the knights Armour .
Small grounds but the garden is very nice and good to have a walk around.
English from the staff is excellent.
Has a restaurant, only open on specific days.
Castle De Haar

General info: Castle with very large grounds. The gardens are lovely and have a deer enclosure.
The Castle itself is not very family friendly. the tour is more for older kids, as it a guided tour and there is no interaction.
